The corner of Yonge and Bloor will never be the same. The new 58,000-square-foot H&M mega-store reopened on February 25th and for the first time in Toronto, all the H&M lifestyle concepts – ladies (lingerie, accessories and shoes), men’s, youth, kids, sport, maternity, beauty and home are all available under one roof.

Toronto’s gliterrati gathered on February 24th to listen to special guest actress and musician Taryn Manning (yes, of Orange is the New Black fame) spin tunes, sip cocktails and shop the store. The real star of the night though was H&M Home, tucked away on the 2nd floor. Offering on-trend items at affordable prices, the collection aims to help shoppers create a stylish home on a modest budget.
Featuring everything from cushion covers and sheets to candles and rugs, this season’s collection is a beautiful blend of brights, metallics and neutrals – perfect to bring a bit of springtime cheer into your home without breaking the bank. The real stand-out was the kids collection – vibrant brights and tons of animals make updating their rooms a breeze. The nephew scored a dinasaur rug to match his current obsession – ROAR!
